My journey began as an alternative school teacher, where I witnessed firsthand how standardized approaches often fail to nurture individual strengths. This observation sparked my lifelong passion for creating environments where everyone can thrive in their own unique way.

As the Chief Imagination Officer at Aurora Planet, I've pioneered the fusion of design thinking methodologies with metacognitive approaches, creating powerful frameworks that drive both personal growth and organizational innovation. My signature program, i SPY i, has guided more than a thousand participants through the journey of self-discovery, helping them align their authentic selves with meaningful careers and personal development paths.

My work with organizations like GS SHOP has demonstrated how cultivating a culture of voluntary innovation can transform corporate environments. By introducing hackathons and design thinking workshops, I've helped teams move beyond rigid hierarchies to embrace collaborative problem-solving and creative thinking.
